Every day a new “Daily Workout” is posted under the Workout tab. Here you will find a list of movements and an explanation of how to move through the routine. Simply click on any of the listed movements to view a video demonstration of the exercise. See an example below:
# | MOVEMENT | REPS | NOTES |
---|---|---|---|
1 | HIGH KNEES | 40 | count each knee |
2 | PUSH UPS | 20 | count chest to ground |
3 | BEAR CRAWL | 40 | count each arm movement |
Each workout is 30 minutes long. Your goal is to complete as many movements as you can in the allotted time.
Each time you complete a daily workout, you are given a score from 1-100 based on how many movements you complete. This score is one of the measures that will help you gauge your fitness ability, and it will help you monitor progress as time goes on.
# | MOVEMENT | REPS | NOTES |
---|---|---|---|
1 | HIGH KNEES | 40 | count each knee |
2 | PUSH UPS | 20 | count chest to ground |
3 | BEAR CRAWL | 40 | count each arm movement |
To calculate your score, simply count out the number of movements you completed and input that number into the “ENTER SCORE” box.
For example, if you completed 40 high knees and 20 push ups, you would have completed “2” movements in the above listed routine, and that is what you would enter for your score.
Each time you’re given a score, those will be recorded on your personal profile, as well as within our larger database.
On the Stats Page, you’ll be able to track and view a number of other helpful performance indicators, such as Daily, 30-Day, and Career statistics for yourself and all other Arrow Movement members.
Finally, we’ve designed a tier system to help guide your journey throughout the different class levels.
Each tier presents you with a set of objectives to be met, and as you achieve those, you’ll be able to earn points, unlock new features and advance to higher class levels.
