“Arrows” are a form of currency within our online program. You can earn arrows by completing daily workouts, meeting tier objections, and by winning battle challenges against other members.
You can redeem your Arrows for items in the Arrow Movement shop (coming soon!) or put them toward discounts on your Arrow Movement membership fees.

Arrow Movement’s “battle” feature is designed to add an extra bit of friendly competition amongst pack members.
This feature can be unlocked once all Tier 2 objectives in any class have been met, and has been designed so that members of all different fitness levels can compete against one another.
Once a challenge is initiated, the win will be awarded to whichever pack member scores the most points above their 30-day average score.
For example: if one competitor has a 30-day average of 60, and they score a 65 on the day of the challenge, their +/- would be a +5. If the other competitor had a 30-day average of 50 and they scored a 56 on the day of the challenge, their +/- would be a +6 and they would win the battle.
Workouts (WO): the amount of workouts logged over the past 30 days
30 Day Average (30 Day AVG): average score (0-100) over the past 30 days
Plus/Minus (+/-): average someone scores above (+) or below (-) their 30 Day AVG
30 Day Rank (RNK): rank based on 30 day average score, measured against others in the same Class Level
Workouts (WO): the total amount of workouts logged through entire career
Career Average (AVG): total average score through entire career
Career Plus/Minus (Career +/-): average someone scores above (+) or below (-) their career average
Career Rank (RNK): rank based on Career AVG measured against others in the same class level
Battle Record (Record): total Wins – Losses – Ties. (ex. [5 – 3 – 1], meaning 5 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie)
7 days a week, a new “daily workout” is posted under the workout tab. Here you will find a list of movements and an explanation of how to move through the routine.
Each workout is 30 minutes long, and your goal is to complete as many movements as you can in the allotted time.
When you complete a daily workout, you are given a score from 1-100 based on how many movements you complete. This score is one of the measures that will help you gauge your fitness ability, and it will help you monitor progress as time goes on.
To calculate your score, simply count out the number of movements you completed and input that number into the “ENTER SCORE” box.
For example: if the daily workout lists (40) high knees and (20) push ups and you complete both of those, you would have finished “2” movements and that is what you would input for your score.
All of your scores will be saved to our database, and can be viewed on your profile at any time.
